Awesome Hotel!
Room was Awesome. It was very quiet except for the door! Door shuts hard. Really loved our stay. Room was very clean and roomy. Bathroom spotless! Loved the sofa/bed. Would highly recommend!

Check your bank account after staying.
The hotel and stay was fine. What’s not fine is getting charged by the Hyatt after I had already paid through Hotels.com and not getting back the $25 deposit for incidentals. Of course the Hyatt is blaming Hotels.com for the error although my bank statement says the Hyatt.

Great place to stay
Great staycation with the kids! Room was very spacious and comfortable. Though COVID has changed things, the hotel was very accommodating and also still had breakfast items. Great time and price. Will be back again.

One night stay. Clean. Comfortable. Was worried about the noise since it is right on the highway, but we had a room in the back and didn't hear a sound. Only thing I'd recommend is to add some non-skid material to the stone in the covered drive thru at the entrance. It was raining during checkout and the wind blew some rain under the covered area, and it was really slippery.
