The location is good. The counter is hospitable. But the sink is stuck and takes a while to drain.

Shocking hotel, no lift up the top floor stairs very small and windy. Room was freezing, the windows need to be changed they were rattling and heavy curtains were blowing with the wind. Breakfast meant to be included and I wa stole it wasn’t and paid for 1 morning. Beds so uncomfortable and there is bed bugs in them too very bad :-( The noise level in the hotel is shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For a 1 star hotel, it’s not bad at all. If you’re looking to just sleep on a bed with a decent bathroom/toilet with good shower facilities then this hotel is all you need. Be aware though if you are looking to go as a couple, the double beds are not comfortable enough to cuddle or spoon as the two singles beds keep splitting apart. There’s no tea/coffee in the rooms but a bar and restaurant downstairs which is pretty good.

I traveled on my own and stayed here for new year. I found the service and location fantastic, I had to climb a few steps to get to my room, and some might consider the room small, but for me it was perfect and excellent value for money. (The Chinese massage place next door was also unreal!!!)

Good location, room was fine and warm but we woke up often due to the noise (other rooms, air extractor from our room, air extractor from the nearby room that extracted the air in our room it seems, street...). Breakfast was fine.

Brilliant central location perfect for exploring Amsterdam in its entirety. Friendly staff who do everything they can to help, the Irish lady is lovely! Fabulous hotel for the price, and as a group we have already spoken about staying here again despite only getting home this morning!

Handy hotel to central Amsterdam. Rooms clean and our rooms had enough space to spread out. Stairs very steep!

Great central location in Amsterdam, behind The New church at the Dam Square and opposite Magna Plaza shopping centre. Quadruple room perfect for family of 4. Travel light, no lift so you need to carry your suitcases upstairs.
