Had a four night stay and housecleaning cleaned our room once and had to ask for that day. Front desk said they would take care of it , but never did !!!! Very disappointed ☹️ had to asked for towels too !!! Hotel was fine except for limited housekeeping.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was good too. Thank you for having plug in parking!!!

Both checkin and check out staff was so awesome to us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, but this was, by far, the best one!!! It was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The amenities were first class and there was nothing we wanted for in our room. The bed was world class and provided a great nights sleep. The staff was on top of everything and very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located perfectly for our needs. The continental breakfast was A1, especially considering the covid restrictions. I cannot say enough good things about this facility...you will not be dissatisfied with your stay.

It was not clean. There was food left in the fridge from the past guest. The bathroom in the lobby was gross. We’ve stayed her twice before and loved it, this time it felt dirty. Disappointed.

Best hotel in this price range I have ever stayed in, everything was just perfect, rooms were immaculate & spacious, this chain will be my go to every time I travel from now on

I was very unhappy with my stay, and it was never made right. When I checked in, they sent me to a room that was completely dirty, and it was the wrong type of room (queen bed instead of king bed). Went back downstairs and told them and the staff person was just like, well we’re out of king beds so that’s what you’re getting. Told him I paid for a king, and then just said yeah you can cancel. Didn’t offer to make it right at all, just more or less was saying take it or leave it. Very unprofessional and it was never addressed even though I told them I was unhappy, and I never received a price reduction either.

The hotel was clean an comfortable. Affordable. Conveniently located near all the things we wanted to see and do. Staff was polite and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay here again!

Super Clean and great service

Went to room and was it was dirty. Crumbs by sink in kitchen area. Trash in bathroom trash can including bloody Q tip. When we went down for another room we were asked if the bed was made. Then we were asked if it was us that just wasn’t satisfied. We wouldn’t have been satisfied even if there wasn’t COVID. Gave us another room but wonder how good of a cleaning it got. I suppose I was looking for a more I am sorry attitude. None.
