i’ve stayed at this hotel on my occasions, with that being said - i would think reception should know me by name by now or at least by my face. nonetheless, i came a little bit before 3PM, because i have a little child with me. i ended up waiting 30mins after to get my room. then throughout the whole night, neighbors being loud in the hallway, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but still. it was OK to say the least, i have had better stays. also non-customers at the pool, not that big of a deal but still something to note.

A great location right on Anse Vata beach. The pool is lovely and the food was very good. The staff were very friendly.

The pool and kids pool were great. The scenic trees and garden added a lot of ambience. I did notice that the gate to the pool and kids pool were never closed. This sorted of defeated the purpose of a safety gate! Air con in each room was great, it kept us very comfortable. The room had a lot of space. The internet facilities were lacking. There was a very small quota of free internet access (which was frustrating) and paid internet was very expensive. The lack of wifi meant that accessing maps, discounted tourist prices, researching activities was extremely hard. Most of the maps in the lobby, and info brochures were in Japanese. The staff were very helpful and professional.

This property is really good nearby of everything like bars,restaurants and beach is just walking a distance perfect as tourist We love our accommodation really good except Budget room on other bldng

place is good location.But bath room sink block.Shower screen veary short water coming in side bath room fioor.

The hotel was in a great position and offered a range of accommodation options. The pool was good and a shelter when windy. The servicing of the rooms was hit and miss with service some days and not at all others, towels not replaced, bathmat taken away completely and the like. Not enough to complain!!
