South Wing at it's finest

It was surprisingly decent from years ago that we last stayed. We thought the place will be packed and needs more improvement given that it's been opened for a while now but the place still looks good and clean this time than before.

The water park is amazing with many options and super fun for the kids. Some places however were quite worn out. We were the only non Filipino guests which was nice because we could interact with local people and also discover some cultural differences. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The amenities kept to the minimum but nice. Service was friendly if not always fast. The private pool area for guests was really pleasant. The restaurant staff was nice and friendly. Only some food on the menu were available depending on the time.

My two daughters love the swimming pools. The only negatives are the cleanliness. The pool area is getting dirtier every time we stay here. They do not clean around the plants in the pool areas. The cabanas are nice but people dont know how to use trash cans. The play area above the dragons is falling apart. The artificial turf is horrible. The area needs a lot of maintenance. The common are bathrooms ... Well just dont use them...ewww.

Stayed for 2days . Upgraded my room in Pool side Smokin Room . Upon Check Out They Charge me 1000peso Penalty. For Smokin in the Room. They Told me that you can only Smoke OUTSIDE the room. Coz You Smoke Inside the Room I have Pay For the Penalty. Nobody Answer the Front Desk For 2days. They just Answer ONCE, i Ask Them why is Nobody Answering the Phone, they Replied in the Rude Way , telling Me EveryBodys BUSY

The property its self was fine. No issues with the room. When i wanted to go explore some i asked for a map if the area nobody had one. The finances family wanted to visit, but the resort only allowed a 30 minute guest stay then you would have to pay 350 to 600 per head depending on age. This made me the most angry. The wifi was a annoyance because you had to use a voucher that was good for 24 hours. So if you stay 10 days you need to have 10 free wifi vouchers. Was quite annoying. I dont plan to stay here again, once was good enough for me.
