Good location

The hotel is located in very convenience area, walk to Hyde park and two tube's station in 10 mins. But there is no lift in hotel, if you have heavy baggage or your knees are not working well should be consider about...because it's very Victoria's style house.

旅館內部空間蠻畸形的... 頂樓的房間雖然看起來蠻漂亮的，但是走上去的樓梯異常艱辛...完全不適合壯年以上的房客入住。因為這個緣故，原本只好住房型較差在一樓的房間，但錢也無法退。

Mid at best.

The room was very small but we knew that so I’m not deducting stars for that. There was zero room decor. Nothing. White walls. Nothing anywhere. There was no warning of the 73 very steep (and some very narrow) steps to our room. Our “double” bed was, in fact, two twins pushed together. They were slightly different heights with one quite squeaky. Towels were thin & rough. Shower corners were a bit dirty. No AC. Grateful the window opened wide although our friends room window only opened 5 inches. Heat was a small portable heater but we did not need that while staying. Sink in bathroom was very small with low pressure. The shower water pressure was so poor there was no way any of us could wash hair. And the water temperature changed constantly throughout each shower from scalding to cold to normal. Great location! Easy walk from Paddington Station.

Utrolig bra service!

Vi hadde et behagelig opphold på Hyde Park Boutique Hotel. Svært sentral beliggenhet i London. Utrolig god service på hotellet. Litt slitt bad, men veldig godt renhold. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Ok, aber nicht top

Wir waren im Untergeschoss einquartiert. War gegen aussen recht ruhig, aber das Buffet war direkt über uns. Ab 6 Uhr war es laut. In der Dusche hatte es ganz viele tote Fruchtfliegen. So für 4 Tage ganz ok, aber würde es nicht speziell weiterempfehlen. Positiv ist das ruhige Quartier und die nähe zu Paddington Station

Quarto limpo. Preço do café da manhã desatualizado na tabela que havia no quarto (marcava €7,90, quando na verdade era €12,00). Um fato que nos aborreceu bastante foi de nos cobrar check out um dia antes … estávamos passeando por volta de 13:00 hs, quando recebemos msg de que seria cobrado por hora de atraso, a partir das11:00 hs, sendo que nosso check out estava previsto para o dia seguinte! ATENÇÃO! Não tem elevador!! Dificulta com as malas e para pessoas mais idosas

Great value, clean and comfortable

I stay in London once a week for work so I'm looking for somewhere that is clean and comfortable to stay but on a budget. After reading a couple of the extreme reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect but i was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is extremely clean, tidy and well presented. I stayed on the 4th floor in a double room - it has by far been the most spacious room I've stayed in thus far when staying but also very notably clean. When I thought about it, the room could have very easily been a Premier Inn or similar. If I was to highlight any negatives - There were a few marks here and there and general wear and tear but nothing to cause offence. The shower could be a bit more powerful. And the stairs and general layout to the rooms is a bit strenuous and tricky. But for the price tag, being so close to 3-4 a number of tube stations (one being a major rail hub) and by attractions (like Kensington Palace), I think it's brilliant.

Olin kohteessa 3 yötä. Vaikutti siistiltä. Kävin pääosin vain nukkumassa huoneessa. Sänky ei ehkä mukavin, mutta kyllä siinä väliaikaisesti nukkui. Vessan lavuaari hieman hankalan pieni, muttei tämä ole iso juttu. Viimeisenä aamuna löysin vierestäni ötökän, en ole varma mikä se oli. Aamiaista en testannut, sillä vaikutti ettei juuri mitään syötävää. (Olen ehkä tottunut kotimaassa liian hyvään) Asiakaspalvelussa voisi olla parantamisen varaa. Yksi henkilö tosin oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias vaikka en osannut kunnolla englantia! Alue vaikutti rauhalliselta.

OK but wouldn't stay here again

The room was in a lovely and convenient location, however it was very tiny. The bathroom was added into the already small room and the bed was against a window with no headboard. Our pillows kept sliding back and off all night long. You are only allowed 1 room key and they can not give out another but will let you into your room if you are a registered guest. Overall it was fine for a couple nights but I would not stay here again.
