The staff are lovely but this just felt like the type of place you go when you're doing something shady. The decor needs a spruce up and the key system is very dated. We had a lovely stay, good hot running water and a decent bed to rest our tired heads. There was a kettle and one coffee sachet in the room, it did the job. Just don't expect the Ritz...

Room was a nice big room but the bath was dirty And bath towel smelt due to being left in a drawer which was unexpected and the room was extremely hot. Checkin staff at reception needs to be friendly and welcoming as it’s disappointing when this doesn’t happen Not much variety in breakfast The bar staff are unwelcoming and seem quite judgemental The bonus is the marina
