The hotel and rooms were clean which is a huge plus due to the pandemic, so that was very much appreciated. We booked two nights in a corner room with a King bed. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped, especially since the hotel boasted "premium bedding". And although we booked a King size bed, the bed seemed smaller than a King, almost slightly larger than a Queen, but not quite King sized. The "bar" was open, however, there was never anyone there to tend the bar. I asked the front desk if the bar was closed and she said it was open and that she would text the bartender to come out. About 10 minutes later, she did. However, she never asked for our drink order. My husband ended up going to the bartender to order our drinks. $38 for two martinis. Ouch! After we got our drinks and paid, the Bartender left again. Another couple came and sat at a table. They were looking for the Bartender as well, and they waited and waited.. and after about 30 minutes, the Bartender finally showed up again. My husband and I made a joke that she just started working and already took her lunch break! :)

The hotel was nice. Minamilist decor but it was comfortable. Bed was a little firmer than I prefer, but better than lumpy. The hotel was very quiet. We did not use any of the amenities or eat at the restaurant, but the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The location was walking distance to most of downtown Bellevue, so that helped since we stayed during a snowstorm that closed a lot of restaurants and stores.

The location of the hotel is great - it’s away from busy streets and traffic noise. The check-in process was easy and the front desk receptionist, David, was very professional and friendly. The room was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable, the bathroom has a rain shower head system and shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser that has a nice aroma. There was a small refrigerator that came in handy. I was able to log into my Netflix account on the large screen TV, which was nice. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay at the AC hotel.

This hotel is always a must stay. The overall cleaniness of this hotel is mond blowing. The Hydration stations on every floor are great. The beds a super comfotable. Even during the covid times there is so many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. 2 minute walk to all of the action on Bellevue Blvd. Secure underground parking is also a wonderful thing. Very friendly staff and always welcoming.
