Staff are the biggest problem.
Unprofessional, with zero customer service (this applies on all staff)
I reached the hotel at 10 PM. My room AC was not functioning, they insited to collect the money for the total stay before even fixing the problem or changing the room. (At the same moment they had 2 rooms cheking out). They refused to provide any option except from next day. Therfore i was forced to stay on the non ac room for a terrible night and the answer was go to another hotel and you should pay money for the receptionist that was waiting for you. (by the way the check in time was clearly mentioned while booking on Expedia website) What an ugly experience.
Even bathroom supplies (towels and shampoo) it was ugly, they provided me one small hand towel (how could i take a shower???)
The only good thing is the locatin.
