The room had a electricity problem caused by the short circuit on the last day of our stay. It took the technician more than an hour to resolve part of the problems and half of the plugs and bathroom are still out of the power eventually. We asked to change the room but the answer was no. The only thing they could do was to inform their supervisor and apology. I wrote a letter to them afterward and no response at all! It is really not a good experience for us and I think a good hotel (I quote!) should do much better than “acknowledge and apology “!
