The hotel was in a nice location near the water and close enough to the boardwalk but far enough that you didn’t hear the noise. Although the person at the front desk seemed flustered, she was helpful in accommodating our requests (like when the safe locked with our passports inside and the code didn’t work😧). The rooms were clean and updated. We loved the rooftop patio to enjoy a glass of wine away from the crowds. Only remarks would be that the beds are VERY firm and the curtains weren’t functional enough to block the sun in our eyes in the morning. But these were minor and didn’t detract from our overall experience. We would recommend this place to a friend.

We had high expectations! The room was overdone and gaudy. The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not included and we were charged extra 10 euros each. Location was good.

Great room with a cute alcove to people watch/view of the harbor, very close to everything. Good breakfast included. Newly renovated (3 months) from apartments to this boutique hotel. Very nice staff. When we asked for a recommendation for a place to have dinner with live music Lara made is reservations at Zinfandel...music and food were fantastic! Very clean and nice, would definitely recommend and would stay again when we return to Split.

Ok for a few days - challenging carting luggage down a spiral staircase.

Room is spacious, 650 sf Water view is awesome Convenient to old town food/activities One negative: bed is too soft/lumpy/squeaky
