Positive: Quiet & specious rooms... Remarkably comfortable and fresh bed. Negative: Bathrooms require immediate renovation (bathtub's awful). WiFi coverage is weak and TV is useless (small screen with poor channel list)

I have been staying in this hotel for the pas 24 years, but this hotel every time is worse than the other, I had very unprofessional Reception/Operator Staff, did not make the wake up call on Saturday the 22nd, even they confirmed to me that they will call, I missed to business meeting, Mr. Akram the GM, attended to it, On 25th I made the call for wake up call at 6:30 Am, and they confirmed after repeating many times, the time, Room#, that it is serious & I need to make sure I will get the call, no one called & I walk up @9:30, lost 2 meetings, and almost lost my flight, that is very unprofessional
