Overall a nice property but for the money I would have expected a higher level of comfort and amenities - not enough value at the current price point. - The room could use more seating - Should have a nice coffee maker in the room or have delivered in room coffee service offered for free - The room was clean but had an unusual smell For the same money I’d rather had stayed at the Metropolitan hotel next.

My third stay over the last 2 years. Always efficient and spotless.

My room looked into an alley with several windows peering down at me. Almost no natural light. At check-in I asked for an upgrade - was willing to pay additional - and was told it was one of their best rooms. If that was one of their best rooms there are several downtown hotels that will provide a better view/experience for the same money.

Lovely Boutique hotel that has this comfortable, casual vibe while still remaining elegant. Staff is over the top kind and attentive. Rooms are simple but tasteful.
