Rooms are too small and never got cleaned

Check in: - Front desk staff was not attentive or willing to help with my requests. -Parking: This was OK. The parking is at the second level, they got very fast elevators and parking is free with validation Room: -A light on top of the main restroom area was out. Service didnt replace. -Rooms are very dark if you rely only on the lights -right, it has a modern "looking", but no trash can by the sink or any toiletries? -light switches have an odd position, restroom as example, its behind the door all the way back, you gotta go into the room at dark to try to find it -VERY NOISY between rooms!. Also, there was a high pitch sound that went out a couple of times during the night (AC maybe?) Kitchen: Biggest disappointment. $25dll daily for Breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and we rather lose the money than eating the food or the bad service. One morning, I had to cancel my order of toast because, in 1 hour, they only brought out our coffee. Bad and slow. when I asked them to just close my tab, the employee didn't seem to care or wonder why.. just said, oh sorry, we are busy. Pool: I only went to the bar area twice during our stay. 1st time was around 5 pm. Glass around the pool was dirty and opaque. Not worth the money

False advertising for shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. They tried to take advantage of us and charge us $25 for the ride when I showed them that it was included.
We had an amazing stay at AC Hotel, Staff was friendly except one receptionist at the front can work a little on her customer service skills other than that it was a great stay.

GREETING STAFF WAS TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!! I was embarrassed in front of my guest by an unprofessional manager and his receptionist, he acted like a total jerk and was unapologetic! I have been a frequent customer and never had this trouble, just a bad choice of employees !!!!

The room should be more spacious and have more variety on the menu. An if it is part of the Marriott franchise, it should have international beers.

Had a bad experience with a manager that was very unprofessional he was screaming at my female guest being extremely rude! lucky his shift was over and a female manager was just arriving and she was very helpful in defusing the situation and gave us a courtesy pass for the next day for me and my guests. but the next day the girl who was working with the unprofessional manager denied us our courtesy and denied knowing the other manager's name who helped us, as she was as rude as the unprofessional manager!
