Nice and comfortable hotel. Value for money.

Great location and great service. They have a good breakfast and a bar open until 11 p.m. Not to far from the train station and close to a lot of nice restaurants.

Loved this hotel. Clean, comfort beds. Great breakfast included. Even their dinner is very good! Would stay again.

We were upgrated to a nice room with balcony. We also appreciated the location. The service personel was not particularly polait, especially in reception The room was very clean and in good condition.

Having stayed here before, it was a straight forward choice to stay again special mention to a very helpful night porter on reception.

Great stay that I had to book last minute, would stay again!

The hotel is modern and clean, it’s in a very rough area though where it doesn’t feel overly safe to go out. I also felt that asking the staff to do anything seemed like a chore to them. Very cold responses and when I called the bar enquiring about room service I got a very rude “no”. Also on the last day the receptionist made it overtly obvious she was annoyed that I asked her to get our bags out of the hotel secure room so we could get our plane. She was rude

Fantastic value for money. Hotel is modern in a relatively ‘quieter’ part of town, hard to define as it is adjacent to the main road along the main port road. 15-20 walk from Napoli Centrale. Food and drink good and at a very reasonable price. Breakfast spot on. Ticks all the boxes for a safe and comfortable stay at a good price.

The only things we didn’t like were: the day before arrival the hotel asked for our estimated arrival time. I assumed that was to assure our room would be ready. Our room was ready for 2.5 hours. Second, no fault of but Naples is a filthy city.
