This place is beautiful! Hidden away in gated private grounds, it is quiet with a lovely view of St Maxime bay, you can hear the waves and you feel well and truly like you are in a Mediterranean palace. It only has 4 rooms so you dont really bump in to anyone else so it feels like your own. Vivienne the owner is a wonderful character, no English but we got by ok. I will be returning, she was great, the place was great, the view was great and this area is great!!! Loved it!

This is a fantastic location. The property is inside a gated community on the hillside facing the sea. The views are simply breathtaking! This is not exactly a hotel, more like a B&B, except for the breakfast. The owner/manager is lovely, and although she doesn't speak much English,

Very comfortable studio apartment with great views and lovely pool area. Nice easy 10 minute walk along the seafront into the centre of Saint Maxime. Limited parking for 3 cars only and we were unable to park in the drive for 3 if our 9 nights. We did manage to park ok in the road outside though so not really a problem. Just a few things that would have been useful: a washing up brush and washing up liquid in the kitchenette, plus a cleaning cloth. Some milk and tea bags on arrival Hand soap in the shower room. We’re not complaining but these touches are always appreciated for convenience. Thank you for a very pleasant stay at a lovely location.

Magnifique endroit ! La vue est à couper le souffle ! Le jardin un ravissement et la piscine est chauffée en plein hiver, ce dont j'ai profité ! Notre hôtesse était charmante. Places de parking sur place, très pratique. Le logement est moderne avec une literie très confortable. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

O estabelecimento não é um hotel, é uma casa particular dentro de um condomínio fechado, onde a proprietária (muito simpática e solicita) aluga cinco apartamentos. Não possui recepção e nem há nenhum serviço de hoteleria, nem mesmo de limpeza dos quartos. É no estilo aluguel de apartamento oferecido em outros sites. Essa informação deveria estar mais clara no anúncio dessa hospedaria. Independente desses aspectos o local é muito bonito e próximo da praia e dos centros de Saint Maxime e Saint Tropez. Vale pela localização e pelo custo, mas sem quaisquer outros benefícios.
