The lady in front desk was not good. She charge me again even I paid the room though hotel.com No blanket on the bed for cold night.

Our stay revolved around a trip to the Cleveland Clinic. The hotel is within walking distance of the surgery center but it is on the outer fringe of the clinic campus. Know that though the clinic skyway connects the clinic buildings and parking it doesn't extend to this hotel... Not an issue for us but if you have someone in a wheelchair or difficulty walking you will have to schedule a time with the hotel shuttle for a ride to the clinic...

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Smelled like body odor in the lobby, food was disgusting and not much to choose from. Valet was too expensive. The room smelt like bleach but was not even clean. The towels had nasty stains on them. We got bit by bugs that we found on the bed. This hotel is used by people going to the Cleveland clinic so should be cleaner than what it was.

The walls are super thin, so if you happen to have a loud neighbor, good luck having some rest that night. otherwise the rooms are clean and spacious. very convenient and close to clevelend clinic.
