Les falta mantenimiento y aseo a las habitaciones, en la que me hospede estaba llena de cinta doble faz de alguna celebración que tuvieron

No nos fue tan bien como otras veces, el baño no estuvo tan impecable como normalmente esperamos, había agua debajo de la tapa del hinodoro, el espejo estaba mal limpiado y se veían las huellas de manos. Solo nos dejaron una toalla para dos personas, llamamos a pedir mas toallas y nunca las enviaron. El desayuno fue muy muy limitado y muy regular de sabor. La habitación y la cama excelentes, el conforto excelente, dormimos muy cómodos.

Breakfast was awful, bed sheets were stained, amenities were not available due to the pandemic.

Great location, friendly staff, ridiculously high prices for food and drinks. Good thing there are plenty of markets to buy things from.

Everything was great my only complaint was the breakfast buffet left something to be desired, thankfully it was included in the cost. Other than that everything was great the spacious rooms the the bathroom was modern and the rainfall shower was also good. The rooftop pool had some great views of the northern part of the city and you can even see the Window of the World monument which also is a must see. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
