Sleepless night
The room was a clean room. Beds were comfortable. The toiletries was my first my first disappointment. The lotion bottle was used and half empty. The mouthwash bottle lid was cracked open. The same hotel door was slammed several times throughout the night and morning. I didn’t get sleep because of this reason.

Room was not kept up
Our room seemed very neglected. The sheets on both beds were torn and frayed, one decorative pillow had some kind of weird stain, and there was a large gouge in the wall that hadn’t been fixed or painted. I wasn’t totally grossed out, but did not feel like the room was very clean overall. The free breakfast was fine though and had a lot of options for a quick meal.

Not so clean stay.
I don’t know if the hotel can’t get adequate help, but considering we’re in a pandemic, this hotel gets 1star for cleanliness ( even if we weren’t in a pandemic I’d give 1 star)... the bathroom had used towels, spittle and finger marks on every obvious surface, used bed linen on the pullout bed... not ok even under normal traveling conditions. There’s more, but I’ll just leave it at that. ( one more thing: the bathroom door was not a comfortable situation when traveling with others... a barn style, no lock door). We’ll stay elsewhere next time.

The beds are very hard, lady with crochet mask not too nice. Only serving cereal for breakfast. Housekeeping lady was very nice and very helpful. Overall stay wasn't too bad.

Room was not as clean as I would have thought for this hotel being new. The walls were dirty. The shower was not clean. The blinds were broken we had to fix them so we could use them. Very loud! All night and morning! You can hear everything! Not relaxing at all.

Over all it was good. Needed an iron and usually the rooms have but the lady at service desk said they didn't have. We had to purchase our own toilet paper. Maybe cause of covid, not sure. We would stay again. Thank you
