We're about over how ppl handle COVID. IF you're not going to provide the amenities listed then drop your prices. The afternoon girl at the counter was rude. The elevator 2 slammed so hard on my wife's arm, if she had been elderly it would have fractured it.

Terrible waste of my money
Room was absolutely nasty filthy dirty and then they came too clean it the second day and it looked worst some how staff was rude as hell I will never stay at your hotel again terrible complete waste of my hard earned money didnt even offer to put me in a better cleaner room!!!!!

We are Tampa Bay But season ticket holders and this is our hotel of choice. It is in walking distance of the stadium and several other restaurants. their rates are competitive for the area and the rooms are great. Very spacious & clean. Their staff, especially at the front desk, is very friendly and helpful. We have other options in the area, but this is certainly the hotel I would recommend.

Covid is no excuse to skimp on things.
The grab and go breakfast in horribly inadequate at this property. Granola bar and oatmeal? With no utensils or dishes in the room? Not even tea bags in the room these days! Just stayed at a Hilton property the night before and they had breakfast sandwiches and egg frittatas and yogurt. Great options. I'm feeling punished for my Marriott loyalty.

They shouldn't advertise that they have shuttle service when they don't on weekends or after 4:30pm. Also, the same with breakfast. They just shouldn't advertise that they have breakfast when they really don't.
