Wouldn’t be my first choice to stay again
It was disappointing that there were frequently large groups of people in the lobby without masks or distanced, and I saw a staff member with mask pulled down too. The room wasn’t as clean as usual— they forgot to clean out the fridge and there were small wine stains on the sheets and mascara stains on the towels. I was also disappointed they hadn’t implemented some of the covid precautions I’ve seen at other Marriotts.

Friendly and fast check in. Clean room. Friendly service at The Bistro Bar for a light snack and adult beverages. Breakfast was grab and go and set out early at 5am with prepackaged pastries, cereal, bananas, oranges and hot coffee. Overall awesome stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Kitchens were reasonably stocked with dishes and necessities. Grab and go breakfast options were good, and the laundry facilities were nicely equipped.

Easy checking and out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. In our group we had children ages 9,8,2 and10 months and the staff were very patient with them.

You won’t be disappointed
The staff was friendly & accommodating. The rooms were great, very Clean & bed were comfort which is a high plus for us. We were in town on our feet Friday-Sunday for a pig show at the Taylor Expo center. So a good night sleep is exactly why we needed both nights!

I come to Abilene every so often for my graduate program, and this hotel has become my go-to spot. The staff is always knowledgeable, nice, and accommodating, and the rooms are always clean...and I've stayed at this hotel twice amid the COVID-19 pandemic! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
