Would stay here again
Overall a good stay. We had to ask for housekeeping which I thought was a little strange. And when we did get it all that was done was making the beds and taking out the trash. No vacuuming or wiping anything down. Also the pool area was so hot it was uncomfortable sitting down there while my son swam. But we did enjoy the hot breakfast. The coffee was very good! Overall I would stay here again.

The rooms were large in size and suited us as a family of five perfect. Nicely located - close to everything Room was not clean (a lot of hairs in the bathroom, dirty under bed/couch The breakfast was not ready at 630 as advertised. With hungrer, jetlagged children that was annoying

Needs minor repairs but lovely room and employees
We stayed the night after a long day at Noah’s Ark. The first impression was everything was perfect. We don’t take many vacations so this was a very special day for my oldest son(16 years old) to stay in a nicer hotel. He took a ton of pictures of the place as we walked in the lobby. We were greeted by a very friendly gal at the front desk who gave us our rooms keys and checked us in. Went to our room to change out of our swim clothes and shower. First impression of the room was it was really nice! Has all the space we needed for three of us and ac worked great. Sheets looks clean and countertop surfaces looked clean.As we got into the room though my wife found in the bathroom vanity a bunch of clothes from a previous guest underneath the sink(she was looking for extra towels when she discovered these). There was a frayed carpet in the doorway as well. When I went to turn the faucet on to splash our face I noticed that the faucet head had loosened up from the vessel sink and was crooked. It’s not major things but it’s little things like this that make you feel like the place is not well kept and make you wonder what else is not being maintained. Overall the breakfast was great and the stay was great. We didn’t get a chance to go swimming in the pool here but we’re impressed with pretty much everything else. A little maintenance goes a long way to making sure that the place is looking nice for the next person. Iinformed the front desk at checkout of items above
