New property with interesting amenities. Lacks some fundamentals such as a way to heat water to make oneself tea, and no food available after 6:30pm beyond snacks from the vending machine. Information is not synced between the lodge and the other buildings.

Did not like the view ,did not like the fact I had to walk to another location to have dinner and another location for breakfast.I felt unwelcome when having dinner.I could not rent any thing.

The stay was great ! Less people made it perfect during covid times. We sanitized the rooms once we entered to be extra safe. There is a golf course surrounding the hotel, which is very beautiful for good for walks in the evening and morning.

Hard to criticize or praise in these Covid times. Outside of the in-room coffee machine you have to get in your car for anything. No lobby bar even. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Plans to build a Marketplace (food, etc)

The lack of a microwave was of some concern and the room was supposed to have a copy of the Frank Lloyd Wright book but it did not. Also, when the maids cleaned up on the morning following the first night, they took the bathmat and did not replace it.

This place was absolutely amazing. Staff was very friendly, and the amenities that are offered can’t be matched. I will definitely stay here again.

So upon arrival the receptionist lady actually tried to charge me twice until I told her that I’ve already been charged through my American Express by hotels.com until I was able to show her and explain to her that I wasn’t gonna pay twice..and then they ended up charging us a resort fee that was not really a need for, since I already paid through you guys. It also seemed like the resort is incomplete in many ways & is spread out with a lot of walking that if you can’t do due to a handicap you need to drive everywhere to get food or any other amenities. I don’t have enough characters to finish what I really would like to say..
