I was not allowed into Panama because the office staff did not email or what’s app my reservation which I needed to enter Panama... I called and spoke to ( did not ask their name) I politely explained ( I am fluent in Spanish) that I really needed this forwarded as soon as possible because I was wait at the border and it closes at 5 .... well I waited till it closed-, 5 hours later! It seems like the establishment had closed for the rest of the day.. no phone calls picked up after my first contact... so I would say very very very poor,,,, and of course no credit no refund policy. I am posting on every travel sight I can . Ended up costing me hundreds of dollars wasted. No bono
