My stay was comfortable. Gps directions on email refers opposite side of train track. It needs to be corrected for easy access to hotel

We lived the location. Perfect for seeing the city as it was directly across from the Izban station. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean, spacious with huge balcony and just next to the boulevard, however far from metro izban and need to order taxi or with car it is a bit far from alsancak, konak

Car park is very small. Self parking is not always possible. Especially during weekends, when the night club in the roof is full.

Very comfortable hotel but some staff seem a little lazy and not willing to give you time or go above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever I called front desk, they were desperate to put the phone down. I asked what time the fitness centre opened at and they told me they didn’t have one when they clearly do. We went to get some snacks and they told us to go to our room and they would bring them up, they never did. I intended to fast one morning and asked if I could even grab some bread rolls at 4 am but they were unwilling to do this as it was outside of breakfast times. I have heard of other hotels facilitating this and in some cases laying out a full spread! Finally location is terrible. Like living in an industrial estate. No shops or cafes nearby. Need to take a cab to go anywhere. Restaurant in hotel just serves normal grilled food, nothing Turkish about it.

I liked: Friendly and helpful staff, amazing Turkish breakfast I didn’t like: The room air conditioning was lowest at 22 deg. It was getting warmer in the room

Great location between Karsiyaka,Alsancak Konak and Bornova ;it looks like a great junction .Great friendly service and Breakfast buffet . Aircodition and wifi performance are good.

Staff were very helpful, especially Ilker from FD was very nice. We came as a couple vacation stopover but also perfect for business trips. You must enjoy the wide beautiful breakfast with the lovely bay room view here. + real good price for a Hilton. Highly recommended!
