The thing that disappointed me was the fact that in my package of the trip it had food and drinks included, when I got their I was told that Experia did not included in the package and I had to pay for food and drinks. Know my question is who is lying and who will refund me for this?

Nothing is included in the price but why there is no coffee at the lobby. There should have been water offered free as well. There was no activities either. No music, no show nothing. You can go to greek islands or Turkish resorts with less than money and get all day coffee tea service free plus some type of activity planned at least for the weekend if not every night

Serene Resort
Service was outstanding, it is a very peaceful resort. The pools and pool bar were great, and you can order food and drinks from them. I had a facial in the spa and that was a wonderful experience, they made me feel really special.

Casa Del Mar is an excellent value for the money. It is small and with very friendly staff. If you don't want a party situation, but calm and on the quieter side, it is perfect..Beautiful Mexican architecture and lovely grounds.

I loved the quiet, laid back feel of the property. Enough chairs at the pool every day. I did not like that it didn't have much by way of food choices each day. Also, not everything on the menu was included in the meal plan and when you pay what we did it felt very disappointing to have to pay additional just to have a steak for dinner.

Great stay, excellent location. Rooms are a litte bit worn but overall good condition. Several pools and nice beach. Only downside was that our room seemed like the cleaning was not completed. Open bottle of water, robe was out too, and found an used soap at the shower. Management apologized. Nice service.
