Fair hotel for price/cost package. Service rather slow typical off all India hotels. Nothing is done imm. Fast internet.Good restaurant/cost/quality. Rooms quite small conpared with other Ramada(original) but booking suite is worth extra.I had most family taking ~10rooms(& suites) for family wedding. Upper floors best for noise from function rooms .Parties always start @ 9.30pm & continue past 01.00.

THIS IS A RUN DOWN HOTEL WITH EXTREMELY SMALL ROOMS AND TINY BATHROOM,,,WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. GOOD ONLY IF YOU ON A BUDGET BUT STILL OVERPRICED HOTEL FOR WHAT IT IS AND THE LOCATION NOT DESIRABLE. BOOKED TWO ROOMS UPON CHECKING ONE GOT FLOODED WITH A DOWN POUR OF RAIN.

Average hotel. Has all the necessary amenities, but nothing spectacular to shout about. Room was on 3rd floor right above where their function room is. Parties every night meant no peace and quiet for the two weeks my parents were here. Complained to front desk 3 times, yet they did nothing to change rooms. Tried to overcharge for room service on checkout (which btw took 1.5 hours because they couldn't produce all the receipts for "charges"). Floor manager at the time, a chap called Rajinder was a useful as a chocolate teapot. Stuck up attitude, refused to do anything about the charges except discount 10% off a bill which wasn't even ours. After nearly an hour of being passed from person to person I just got fed up, paid and left. The worst checkout and general customer service experience ever at a hotel! A disgrace to the Ramada/Wyndham brand in my eyes. I'd be ashamed to call this place my business due to their dodgy practices and ethics. I would certainly not recommend my family/friends to stay here. If you do have the unfortunate experience of spending a few nights in this place keep a record of all of your room service and laundry receipts so you know what to expect.
