Expedia messed up our reservation!
We booked online through Expedia. When we arrived late in the evening to check in we were informed by the owner that she was closed for the summer and had told Expedia. Rather than turn us away, however, the owner allowed us to stay there for the two nights we had booked as it was a long holiday weekend and she knew all the other hotels would be completely booked. So we thank the owner for her compassion but are not pleased with being put in this potentially bad position because of Expedia's negligence.
