A perfect little oasis in the Caribbean. Not a hotel with all the frills, but a perfect relaxing getaway. The rooms are basic, nothing to complain about, but nothing to boast about either. The shower in the room is a little small. It may be difficult for someone larger to fit comfortably. The beach loungers are typical 90s loungers, but they get the job done. There are a few newer really neat Loungers by the pool that would be cool if they supplied for the entire hotel. The food and drink are what you expect for a 3*. Plenty of variety.

Lovely quiet location. Staff excellent. Full the first week we were there & then US lockdown for COVID-19 kicked in & it got very quiet but staff coped admirably with all the proper precautions in place.

Absolute beautiful and amazing stay at this resort. Food was "ok".. not amazing. Bar staff and bar menu was great. Resort was always clean with no garbage hanging around... there was always someone there to pick up something. The only thing that drove us crazy was the "lack of organization." They didn't have our room until well after check-in and their daily activities (both at the resort and their daily trips to prickly pear island) were not obvious. Otherwise, we had a great stay and we would definitely go back again. :)

Disappointing
Staff training required to make guests feel more welcome. Reception and some restaurant waiting staff blunt almost to the point of being rude. It’s a pity for there is no reason for it and the hotel is otherwise a perfectly decent 3 star resort. The people let it down unfortunately.

Beautiful location. Very clean. Good Italian restaurant and fun beautiful bar. There are 2 good beaches and lots of availability for beach loungers and pool loungers. Beautiful pool as well. It’s a very relaxing and beautiful location and hotel. The rooms could use an upgrade though.
