I read the reviews before i booked this hotel for my family. But i got less than i expected, first we wanted 2 rooms, but one of the rooms that was assigned to us already had another guest in it, so we were horrified to open the door and see the TV on with suitcases in the room. I dont know if the other guest noticed we had come in, coz we backed out immediately. It was kind of scary and we felt very unsafe because we were worried someone could come into our room with key from front desk and harm us while we slept. The lady at the front desk assigned us to another room, but the smell in that room and the second room we got was bad, it was more like body odour smell, even though the rooms looked very clean. But the most annoying thing that happened was when by 8.30am the next morning i heard someone knocking on all the doors on the floor but i didnt hear what she was saying until she knocked on our door and shouted house keeping! Now that got me upset coz their policy was that you have to request for house keeping which i didnt, so i dont see the reason why you should disturb me at that time, i had a child who i wanted to sleep longer. Honestly i dont see myself booking this place again.
