We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked.
However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty.
On the forth evening, I approached the front desk around 9pm and asked our room be cleaned the next day. The person at the front desk took down our room number and confirmed they will get our room cleaned the next day. The next day, we went out from 8:30 am for the whole day, returned around 8:15 pm in the evening. We found that our room was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The person at the front desk didn’t apologise at all and turned to us to say that we should have asked the front desk in the morning. It was an irresponsible and unacceptable response and there was not any apologetic sense. Rather, we were blamed for not asking again despite we were confirmed they will arrange cleaning and we were not asked to remind the front desk in the morning.

No room cleaning

酒店位於Sloterdijk站,FlixBus 既總站就係呢度,距離阿姆斯特丹中央站一個站;步行約十分鐘就到,方便,酒店職員好nice,未到check in 時間都俾我地(可能房間已執妥啦),仲送左兩罐汽水俾我地,一早通知酒店是來慶祝生日,酒店好窩心免費預備左生日卡同香檳俾我地!讚!
酒店房間幾大,算乾淨,有埋小型廚房同微波焗爐,買野返來焗都冇問題!
房租算平,我地住27/12-31/12,但唔知點解29號開始房租變左平日四倍?
