We loved our stay although it had an outside shower, which was nice. The drone flying above was an issue. staff were lovely

My brother and I had an awesome stay during Fen '18, Muhtar was super helpful and Kate gave us some helpful tips. Brilliant location, clean beach and some lovely snorkeling right off the beach. Highlight of our trip was the turtles. Will love to return some day. Our 4 night booking became 6 then 7 nights!!!

Check in was easy, we had one of the two bungalows by the pool, which is closer to the cafe, the road and the beach. Spacious well appointed bungalow, big bed (King?) and a single too, well thought out small details, a place to hang clothes, a mini fridge/bar, air con worked great, high ceiling w/fan, cool semi outdoor bathroom/shower, nice soaps/shampoo, etc.They have a great binder in the room with lots of helpful information about the hotel, cafe, island and other businesses to support. All of the staff were always helpful, courteous, respectful and friendly. They seem to be making constant repairs/upgrades to the bungalows. Bike rentals too. Kate the Manager was available to answer some questions also. The beach area is great, we were able to snorkel right off the beach and see thousands of fish, a few turtles (walk up the beach for about 5 minutes and snorkel back with the current, turtles feed in the sea grass beds. Good beach chairs and cafe service to the beach also. I would highly recommend this bungalow hotel, your close enough to "downtown" Gili T on the east side but yet far enough away from the super busy action.

The hotel and location are great. It's far enough north of the restaurant zone to be a bit quieter, but still near the action.
