dated place with a very basic breakfast
Stayed 3 nights and on the third night there was no hot water and it was freezing so couldn’t have a cold shower. There was no one at the front desk as they had left for the day so no one could help us. By the next morning there was hot water again. Breakfast was bread, jam and weak dilute coffee and they supply eggs which you have to cook yourself. The bathroom wasn’t overly clean, the rooms had central heating which was set so so warm and could not be changed. Place is very dated. On a positive note the family that run it seem very nice even though they didn’t really speak much English so we couldn’t communicate

Safe place
Host was quite considerate of guests. This is perfect location to go around Seoul area. No matter how late you get back, the area is safe and secure.

Recommended.
Recommended place to stay for a no frills experience with some eggs for breakfast. The lounge (and therefore fridge) close at 11 pm. We had a private room, with 2 bunk beds (4 beds total). Free lockers to store stuff during your stay. Another shared bathroom available, if needed. Minor issues would be too small towels, and only a sheet to cover you in the room.
