The Hotel was very clean and comfortable as well as having a fabulous buffet breakfast. Staff were super nice and always helpful. The location was brilliant as it was a stones throw from the beach and a 10-15 minute car ride into town centre. Uber’s are really cheap and efficient. Definitely would go back to this Hotel and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Split.

Excellent place However manager has not employed enough help to handle baggage. The task was left to the wonderful female front desk receptionist who offered to bring baggage. We declined her offer and handled it ourselves. Personnel stretched too thin Otherwise great place to stay in split close to pebble beach.

The service was excellent - from the front desk to the restaurant. They went out of their way to be helpful and assist in any way. The room was ok. Spacious but worn. Carpets stained and furnishings in need of a refresh. The room was quiet with good air conditioning. Free parking and a decent breakfast was a plus. Location is right across from the beach and the hotel provides beach towels. Very walkable to old town and the marina for boat excursions.

We had a great time here. The staff were very helpful and kind. The food was amazing too we really loved it here. he beach opposite is very clean and ideal 😃

I booked a Family Suite with Balcony Sea View for myself and family for 2 nights. The Suite has a bedroom with an attached living room. Last night, we complained that the Air Conditioning is not functioning in the bedroom, temperature stays at 24-25 degrees. Obviously, there is an issue with the AC unit and this should have been checked and fixed before the room was given. The night hotel manager came in after we complained at midnight and said he will have it checked in the morning. We had disturbed sleep at night due to the heat. We were out all day on an excursion. Upon our return, we discovered the AC cooling issue isn't fixed. When we checked with the receptionist, she said no one from the hotel maintenance is able to come over to fix the issue. She said the staff checked it in the morning and it was working at the time. The room is hot and we will not be able to sleep in the bedroom. I am facing another night where we do not get any sleep. I have paid US$1,000 for two nights and this is what I get in return ! I demand a refund for this unsatisfactory situation and ensure this hotel is not listed on hotels.com. If I do not get a satisfactory resolution from hotels.com, I will not use your website in future. I intend to post this feedback on other travel websites as well.

Beautiful, modern property. Great location with beaches only a few steps away. Hotel restaurant serves delicious, fresh food.

The staff were always welcoming and as helpful as possible, the food was excellent quality and a fair price. Only downside was the location, nothing else close by.

It was amazing hotel and staff so helpful and always going that extra mile. They all seemed so happy to be serving us. Would recommend Hotel Fanat to anyone going to Split.

Nice hotel a bit far out of town. Staff are lovely but the breakfast is poor and the pool was cold
