I would stay here again a million times over. The lobby is breathtakingly decorated (even more so gorgeous for Christmas), the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, its in a quiet and convenient location...but most of all Gail and her staff were just awesome. Once she found out I was staying due to being in between homes, she checked on me EVERY day and welcomed me to the community. It was a blessing.

Okay if you're not into a clean environment
First impression in the lobby was great, it was very welcoming! We parked and went into the side door to access our room, and the floor of the entryway and steps were covered in dead bugs! Even the a/c unit in the hall had dead bugs and possibly bug eggs in the vents!!! Totally disgusting! We reserved a jetted tub suite and opened the door to find that the room had never been cleaned! The front desk attendant said that the cleaning people were "out of town" and this happens all of the time! We were switched to a two queen room where the fridge didn't work and the a/c unit didn't have a working temperature control. I am still being charged for the king suite, and have left several messages for the owner, but still haven't heard anything back!

Pass on this one
When we walked into the lobby it looked nice! And it went down hill from there. We came in a group and one of our rooms was still dirty. The stairway was full of dead bugs and we still don't know what was all over the air conditioner unit. There was garbage all over the ground in the front of the hotel including a tampon applicator. I have no issue with things being different because of Covid. But there is no excuse for filth like that. We have family that lives in there and we will be back in the area again, but we will not be staying here again. My only regret is that I didn't take photos.
