Another amazing stay at Les Bains.

Friendly front desk staff, very nice and comfortable hotel with swimming pool with sauna. Our patio overlooked the courtyard. It was a very nice room, but it was very noisy until 3 a.m, especially with the nights there is a DJ at the hotel lounge (Wednesday-Saturday). The hotel restaurant/lounge is trendy and comfortable. The prices are high but the food and drinks are creative and tasty. Very small portions, especially for the cost and the service in was terrible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. In summary, the service at the restaurant has room for improvement, and the noise from the lounge/restaurant in your room is something to be aware of.

most of the staff speaks English. Location is great to walk to Norte dame and the louvre Lots of restaurants around. Grocery store nearby. Shopping in every direction. Was loud outside at night at times. Music and people talking. Felt very safe. Staff was extremely helpful. Room was smaller than the picture but very comfortable. 15 min from Eurostar train station.

Design and hotel amenities are great. My one complaint is the hairdryer at this hotel is a typical European hotel hairdryer that you have to hold the button down for it to stay on. BUT, the difference is the one at this hotel weighs a ton. Hope they get different ones, or suggest bringing your own, especially if you have a lot of hair and need to use one.

Unfortunately, the elevator was out for our three day stay. When we complained about having to carry our own luggage upstairs, they apologized. I requested a free breakfast and they said OK. But it wasn't offered. I had to ask. Still it was a delicious breakfast so that helped. The first night (Saturday) the disco downstairs played pounding music until 2 AM. It's sad because the room was very quiet except for noise from the hotel. The other nights were fine.
