I wasn’t happy with the reservation
I wasn’t happy about the reservation made by Hotels.com, because the reservation was made for king size room (50sq),but the room I got was around (28sq).the that’s means I am not getting the room I reserved, and I did show the person in the resption my reservation ,but they didn’t help me to solve the problem, that’s why I was not happy to stay in there and I did change the hotel and I went to the st.regis hotel.

Celebrating wedding anniversary
It was a pleasant stay throughout. Service was very friendly. The only hiccup was the air conditioning of the room. It was rather warm in the room despite us lowering the temperature to 18 degrees celcius with the fan speed on its highest mode but we still couldn’t feel the aircon. In fact we felt that the temperature of the corridor outside was cooler than our room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

New hotel nice facilities
New hotel, few tea thing problems chose this hotel as there was some conference in Singapore and mist hotels sold out and quadruple their prices.?this hotel being new still over priced but nothing like the less branded or 5 star hotels. I would stay here again.
