The hotel smelled like smoke. We had to wash all our clothes, my purse even. Gross we asked for a roll of toilet paper and were told that the hotel didn’t have any to give out.

No Way!!!!!
When we pulled in the police was there. Then seen police 2 more times that evening.The next morning I seen 2 drunk girls throwing up outside and someone doing drugs in the parking lot. This was at 7 am!!! I left right after that...sketchy ppl everywhere...then I told the workers what I seen and they said they couldnt be everywhere and really didnt care if my review was bad

Complete meltdown due to customer service
It took 30 minutes to get checked in due to computer issues, then attempted to get in room twice (twice to office stating we could not get in room) third time office person came up (I guess they didn't believe that we couldn't get in room) it turns out the door battery was dead. One of the bed frames was broken. No one in the office after dark. I would not stay here EVER again!
