Stayed in Apartment 4 well furnished to a good std, and very clean and secure. Good area to stay near to main tourist area only 5mins from Shambles etc Plenty of eating choices nearby and bars. One negative issue was the bed which was very uncomfortable and past it's best for sleeping on. I consider bed comfort a high priority as it can impact your stay. Hotel need to look at this.

everything was excellent, the bed just wasnt comfortable, we couldnt sleep properly the mattress was too hard , and very thin pillows, but we would bring our extra ones if it meant booking again, as that was all we could say was wrong for us, the view and everything else including staff and food was 100% definitely recommend to anyone

Toilet made a terrible noise when refilling, room next door's toilet made the same noise which could be heard through the walls. On site parking was very expensive at £19 a day. Staff were great. Rooms were very pricey.

We had no hot water for 3 days, the water to the washing machine had been switched off and several lights were broken making the kitchen and bathroom darker BUT housekeeping were outstanding in trying to find an interim solution until the plumber arrived. We were given use of a bathroom of another (vacant) apartment on a different floor which, although inconvenient, meant we didn’t have to cancel our stay and find alternative accommodation at short notice. Housekeeping were very sympathetic and just lovely people. Maintenance turned up after everything had been fixed and just criticised everything.
