Perfect for what we needed

Easy to check-in. It was 24 hrs which was great since our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 2 am. It had every thing we needed such as kitchen utensils and toiletries. One of the bathrooms wasn’t cleaned very well, but it wasn’t that bad to be a big deal. I do recommend bringing ear plugs since the train station is right behind the building. We only heard the subway horn on occasion, but it did wake us up one morning. We would definitely stay again. It was walking distance to the downtown area and some excellent restaurants.

Old and needs renovation. No ready service

Needs renovation. Bathroom old, rusty tub fixtures, toilet seat cover is cracking. No towels in pool. Flush broke at night and there was nobody to help...had to wait in the morning past 9am. No daily housekeeping, no replenishment of supplies/towels. Couldnt wait to move out.

Good value for the space

Stayed 10 days in 1 bedroom. Very nice facilities with parking which is an advantage in NYC area.

Apartment for the price of a hotel.

Great for a few nights in White Plains.... only drawback was being adjacent to train tracks which are very busy and give too much noise. Unit could have a bit more in the way of decor but it worked for my purpose and I have already recommended it to a friend who is bringing someone in from England.

Great location with wonderful service

The place is located right next to the train station in White Plains. Easy access to the city and walking distance to restaurants and down town White Plains. The service was great and the amenities - top quality. The mattress was a little two soft and not so good for my back. The apartment was clean and well equipped. And the price is right!

Apartment Living at Hotel Prices

Clean and conveniently located apartment (I was given a 2 bedroom during my stay) across the street from the White Plains Metro-North station and a 5 minute walk to City Center (Nordstrom, movies, Shop-Rite). Aside from a smartly decorated living room and bedroom the building itself has an indoor pool and indoor/outdoor "lounge" where you can relax with a book or your laptop. Perfect for a family or travelers who aren't seeking doting hotel staff or any of the other perks of staying at a proper hotel. Only one complaint during my stay: the mattresses in the bedroom and guest room were not the requisite firmness and should've been replaced a year ago. Otherwise, recommend.
