Fecal matter in toilet when we arrived.
1/4 roll of bathroom tissue.
Two out of three check-in personnel were great. One of them not so much. All in all I would recommend this establishment.

Great stay
The unit was well-appointed and very comfortable and clean. We attended a concert at the Gilford Arena - could not have been a better spot!

I'd stay here again!
Pros: Easy to find. Great restaurant and liquor store very close by. Right on the lake. Nice outdoor pool. Updated rooms. Friendly staff at check in. Assigned free parking. Couldn't be any closer to the amphitheater...easiest concert-going experience of my life!
Cons: The floor was covered in sand. The blinds do very little to darken the room, so bring a sleep mask. There is no deadbolt on the door, so as 2 women traveling alone we were uneasy in our ground floor room.

The room was huge! Very clean and had everything you could have needed. Staff were so nuce and helpful. We'll definitely stay again.

A hidden gem.
Great small hotel in a beautiful setting. We loved the indoor pool and the short walk to the beach.
