I was not aware of the $35 mandatory valet parking prior to our arrival. We brought 2 cars so we seriously had to pay $70 to park for one night. I was already irritated from the extra hidden expense when I found out that our room wasn't ready. We were given us a card for free champagne, but my friends didn't want to drink, they just wanted to get settled. We "hung out" at the pool area, where NOBODY was wearing masks, for nearly two hours. At this point my friends an I were not pleased. Once we finally got to the room everything was great. I just felt that offering us 2 glasses of "free champagne" was not accommodating enough.

Overall good stay and great location

Overall good stay. Great location and beach is just across the street. The hotel and rooms were very clean and there were plenty of hand sanitizer stations and staff handing out masks if needed. Valet parking was $29 a day which seemed comparable to garages nearby. I did request a King size bed and the bed was closer to a Full size which was strange. The staff at check-in said we got upgraded to a balcony room so maybe it got changed with that but seemed weird. Otherwise good stay. Beach chairs and umbrella available for $30

Nice resort but...

It was all about location. The actual amenities were not worth the cost, I prepaid and still had resort fees added once we arrived. Most expensive bottles of water I have ever purchased.

Mostly great

The hotel was beautiful and an excellent location. We were told it would be about 10 More minutes until we could check in and they’d call us. It was 45 min and we hadn’t heard a thing. I had to go back to the desk and then was told our room was ready. Also it took a long time for our luggage to be delivered to the room. That being said all in all it was a very nice stay and the facility is beautiful and located right across from the beach. The pool was heated and very enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay. Everyone was kind and hotel very clean. When I called front desk for extra items, they delivered in a timely manner. The ONLY thing that I was disappointed in was there was no microwave in our room. Others than that, I am a satisfied customer.

The room upgrade to ocean view is 100% worth it. I came on this trip solo to relax and get away from the cold and this hotel had gorgeous views and a beautiful pool where you can lay all day and drink tropical drinks and eat beach tacos. The ocean view room was amazing. The gym had a lot of nice machines and a workout area overlooking the pool and ocean as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel right on the beach.

Very nice hotel right on the beach but not the extravagant price. Masks required in the building and every area I saw was immaculately cleaned. Especially the room and bathroom. Req to pay a $50 resort fee but that includes chairs / shade on the beach which basically pays for it self in one day.

Beautiful location

The location was absolutely to die for. Right on the white sandy beach. Walking distance to Pier 69. Many attractions within walking distance.

Amazing Beach Property

First class hotel on the beach! You will love every aspect of this property. Next to Pier 60, many restaurants and boat tours. Friendly staff, beautiful views from your balcony, comfortable beds and gorgeous pool area to sit and see the sunset. Only downfall is the daily resort fees which should be included in the price of the hotel stay and valet parking.
