Customer Service is very bad 👎none of them are ready to help

Staff they don't care about customer service 😒🙄 very bad specially the restaurant at lobby. Very bad food and they don't like foreign very very rude i complaint to manager and reception both the same no respect 😑

Room’s clean Service is great Absolutely recommend it

Only the breakfast was not that good . But everything was great

Shocking, shambles, checked out 20 mins after i checked in

Bathroom was smelly, hadwashing area with some stain. No blanket. Otherwise room was not bad

Room was hot, A/C very weak, room sheets were old, no parking for hotel, very little English

It was very pleasantable stay..

The light in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off the first night and I couldn’t sleep. Twice the electrician came to address the issue. When I called the front desk to complain about loud neighbors, they asked me to go outside and tell them which room it was; I told them that was the job of security. The front desk staff are rude and don’t speak English well. Their housekeeping service is not attentive to detail. Upon my arrival, I call the hotel to contact the facilitator of the conference I would be attending at the hotel. The facilitator was in the lobby and they claimed they didn’t know about the conference.The power went out three times today.

Good location and wonderfull breakfast, only room service is moderate.
