    the facilities were good for kids. But I wished the room would be better cleaned. we found lots of hairs on the sofa & floor. also spiders on the shower and my daughter's bed. Also, I hope the management can see this message and change the bath towels in the room. All the towels were either cheap quality or worn out, the lint keeps falling out. When my daughter dried herself after a shower, her mouth was covered with lint. which is very very disappointing. Lucky we have brought our towels.

    The jumping pillow was great fun but the indoor play centre was very run down and small. I wouldn't of paid for my son to go in there if it wasn't part of the accommodation. The cabin was fine, the bathroom and toilet a little poky but it suited our purposes for our 1 night stay. The front desk staff were nice but both times during arrival and check out I was just standing there waiting to be looked after. They were obviously busy at their computer but it would have been nice to be acknowledged and told they will be with me in a few minutes, not just ignored and left standing in front of them not knowing if they realised I was there or not.

    Accommodating and great facilities!

    Stayed here a few times for work. Always accomodating when giving notice of late check in. Self contained with great kitchenette. No blind in bathroom which made it hard for a sleep in one morning (room 2). But another pleasant stay as usual!
