Managers were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, we had a 17mth old baby…

I was told by Wotif it was a beautiful hotel. I had to pay almost double the quoted and booked price for a very old and daggy 1960's van. It was infested with mozzies, and the laminex on the benches was warped and peeling, shelves were broken and their was no air conditioning and it was stiffling. NOT what I booked for or what was advertised to me. I was woken by a loud and abusive argument between staff and another visitor, NOT very professional.

The staff were lovely and the grounds were really nice, but I stayed in cabin 22 and the TV didn’t work as the antenna couldn’t pick up any reception, so I could not watch the TV, the WiFi was too far from the main building so it didn’t work either, and there was no air conditioning. So I had no TV, no wifi and no aircon, and paying $110 for a cabin with no tv, no wifi and no aircon if far too expensive.

Nice stay. quite area. Noises at night from possums on the roof of the cabins. Beds were too small for tall husband. Lovely service.

We hit Shady Willows in the heat of summer. Cabins were hot. Grateful for the fan, could have done with two. Accessible into Town Centre. New owners/ Mangers friendly and helpful
