Clean room, great rate, close to strip

Awesome place
Went to Gatlinburg as a last minute trip and wish my entire stay would have been here. Room was a bit dated but kept clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were great!

NEVER stay at this joke of a hotel
There was no electricity. And LuAnn,the so called manager refused to give me any type of refund. She said it was an act of God,and hung up on me

GREAT location!
Really amazing location! Super close to the main strip - about 1 block up from The Village shopping area and 2 blocks to the Aquarium. Every room has a little balcony, fridge, microwave, nice TV. A bit older but the shower was new and everything worked well. The front desk has limited hours - no one there late night/ early morning
