The rate was affordable and the facility was clean and did not have an unpleasant smell. They do need new bedding as I saw some spots on the underside of the covers, and the ac unit was not manageable, the property controls it.

They had a late check in, I did not get the correct rooms for my reservations after confirmation, the day before and the rooms were still not cleaned until almost an hour later. This motel used to be great, I have stayed many times. I was so embarrassed because I brought another couple with me. I will not stay again.

Gross Nightmare Hotel in Semmes, Al
The hotel staff was horrible, the lady at check screamed at me with hostility and anger the eniter time. The room i reserved was given away amd I got a nasty room that smelled like an ashtray and there was mold everywhere throught the room and bathroom. Very unhappy and disappointed!

We we arrived, no one was at the front desk for over 15 minutes. We were very tired and traceled from Florida. The ckerk was short and unapologetic for her absense. After checking in the room was old with a musty smell, the sofa couch was very dirty with crumbs on the floor visible behind the couch bed. The mattress was cheap and springy and we were unable to use it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Stay away!
First room was filthy with the bedding strewn across the floor. The second room the ac wouldn't shut off and the smoke detector beeped all night. The alarm clocks cord had been cut. We travel to Mobile often but will never stay here again although it's the closest to our family.

Accommodations were satisfactory, but a nonsmoking room should be completely sealed off from smoking areas and air circulation. The entire room smelled of smoke by the morning

Not Great!
The check In staff was not very friendly, and I was told there would be no breakfast served in the morning in a very rude way. The lobby was very hot and uncomfortable. The room was ok not great for $117.00 for one night.
