湯布院溫柔之鄉旅館

大致整體良好, 尤其店家能夠特意安排早上時段看到由布岳之私人風呂供我們享用, 另外, 本人屬於第一次嘗試和式卧室關係, 如果能夠安排打理床鋪, 那麼更完美了 !

Staff were nice and spoke good English. good onsen and dinner was delicious. Room was clean and spacious.

Perfect service, great room and I like the onsen so much. The only shortcomings is that the hotel is a bit far from the city centre but that makes a perfect serenity.

員工十分親切, 十分細心, 而且環境保持得很好, 很乾淨, 晚餐及早餐都很好吃, 有很多不多款式的浴衣可免費選擇, 令我有一個美好的回憶.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The outdoor hot springs are beautiful. They arranged different hot springs for us at night and in the morning separately so that we could enjoyed the hot springs in different environment. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. The food is very good. They gave us some little souvenirs during check-out with heart, though not expensive, that is sweet and memorable. The only thing that should be improved is that the instruction to the reception counter is not clear enough at the entrance of the hotel. We went to the restaurant wrongly at the beginning but found no one. We then went to the accommodation block but still found no one at the entrance and in the lobby until we walked to the reception counter to ask for help.

Good Service! The staff are very nice and thoughtful. The hot spring is comfortable and high Privacy. It can be booked when you arrived at hotel. Highly recommend!

環境寧靜, 可步行至湯之坪街道, 泊好車再去行街很方便 酒店職員很nice, 英語溝通能力好好,小禮物很有驚喜 可以預約私人風呂,這很讚, 3間私人風呂有室內, 室外, 二樓那間還可看到山境 晚餐可預先揀和牛主食, 味道很不錯, 早餐都是SET形式, 非常豐富!

齊體都滿意，特別之處是可以挑選喜愛既浴衣和送給客人的小禮品，更可預約私人風呂，早餐和晚餐亦都不錯，由車站步行到酒店沿途有餐廳和店舖。

對於這間湯布院溫柔之鄉旅館，我就最滿意一泊兩食的兩餐，晚餐和早餐都非常美味。溫泉方面，公眾浴太細小了，如果客人想浸多些溫泉，而私人風呂又因時間的限制，公眾浴實在不能作為補充之用。 旅館職員則非常專業和友善!
