Very nice room, spacious and very clean. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Great location.

Stuart the Manager was absolutely fantastic, so welcoming. Great rooms and the food was top notch. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a business or personal trip. He even let me host interviews in the pub.

Excellent, landlord couldn't do enough. Evening meal very reasonable but the food was superb. If you have the complimentary breakfast, make sure you're hungry. Quality breakfast and LOADS of it. Looking forward to staying again.

Outside looked very shabby on arrival, Good olde world pub interior. Good choice of beers and ciders. Service efficient, but not particularly friendly as you would expect. Few customers but food seemed popular (Only eating place in village) Quite expensive (Burger £12) Room excellent and clean. Paper thin walls... could almost hear them breathing! Good Wifi provided. Difficulty getting cell signal and sat-nav in car. Had to leave at 7.30 for flight, so too early for breakfast? (ended up with a single sandwich and a packet of crisps... not exactly the English cooked breakfast I was looking forward to.

Fantastic stay. Rooms was perfect and comfy. Pub is really cozy and unpretentious. Food was delish. Service was really friendly and nothing was too much effort.

Really lovely room, very clean and well equipped. The food was lovely and so were the staff. I really enjoyed my stay here and felt very welcomed. My only note is that it says check-in from 2pm But I arrived at 1730 and it was locked and said it didn’t open until 1800. Not the end of the world but the phone number that hotels.com emails you is also wrong. These are minor things as the overall stay was lovely and I hope I will return!

Really pleasant stay for 1 evening at the Ring O Bells. Nice Pub with lots of Character, looks like it would be lovely in the summer with large attractive garden. Lots of parking space and very good breakfast. Comfortable room, very comfortable bed, slept very well. Only negatives which are not really negatives room was cold when we first went in as heating had not been turned on. Soon warmed up. There was a breakfast order form in the room but did not see any other local information in the room. Not a problem for us but might be helpful for future guests. Lovely Pub, lovely area. Would book again.

Room cold on arrival, however warmed fairly quickly once heaters switched on. Access path leading to accommodation not well illuminated in the dark with a couple of steps outside the room door. Room spacious enough and clean as was the en suite. Sufficient tea, coffee and milk in the room. Hearty breakfast was served in the morning by pleasant polite team of staff.
