Well located but very average stay
A well positioned hotel for exploring the city. Don’t be fooled by online photos, not especially accurate for our room. Beds were uncomfortable with metal bed frame slats that made the mattress slide around. We asked everyday for some fresh towels but never received any; excuse was either ‘someone will bring some’ or ‘we have run out and are expecting a delivery’. Food in the restaurant was average but very expensive. Drinks were ridiculously priced!!!

Overall the experience was okay, The staff was eager to help and the hotel location was good. The hotel kitchen had good food options. We did face issue with the heating of the room that we stayed in. It wasn’t working properly. The technician tried to fix the issue but I don’t think it worked because the issue persisted. We were to leave early next morning so we didn’t go back to complain for the third time. Everything else was okay.

Room was clean enough. Beds quite comfy. Shower quite poor tho. Either freezing cold or roasting hot. Food at hotel okay. Choose hotel as it was a cheaper option for us, get what you pay for. Wouldn’t rush back but would recommend.

This is a very nice hostel, located with easy access from Gar de l'Est and Metro. Beds maybe not super comfy, but good enough for us, a family of four. Staff very helpful, as I managed to de-magnetize our room keys three times... And the rooftop bar in the evening sun is great!
